 A few tips about the rental process!  There are four seasons that dictate the amount of rent the rental company will charge.  They are spring, summer, fall and winter.  Summer and winter represent the high and low rental rates.  Typically the summer weekly rate is and the winter rate per month will be close to the same amount.  Spring and fall rates are somewhere in between. A lot of rental companies allow monthly rentals during the winter months and typically revert back to weekly and daily for the Spring, Summer and Fall. This changeover typically occurs just before Spring Break, which occurs sometime in March every year. 

 

Most companies will require a deposit to hold your reservation.  They collect full payment at the time of arrival plus a cleaning fee and a security deposit.  The security deposit is returned after the condo has been cleaned and checked out.
